چکیده

In this study, a clean oxidation process for the treatment of wastewater containing hydroxypropyl guar gum (HPGG) and other polymers under high pH range was designed. For that, 5-sulfosalicylic acid (L)-Co(II) complex supported on bentonite (B) (B@Co(II)L) prepared by hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ). The morphology pore structure B@Co(II)L first characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), N adsorption–desorption isotherms, after which catalytic performance investigated polymer wastewater. Results show that performed in wide 7.0 to 13.0. viscosity HPGG can be decreased effectively from 22 2.5 mm /s optimal conditions 45 °C, 10.0, 10% H (mass ratio HPGG), ), removal rate chemical oxygen demand (COD) HPGG, CMC, PAM reached 95.9%, 94.8%, 93.7%, respectively, within 240 min. Most all, applying catalyst oilfield, it found has COD oilfield wastewater, fracturing fluids, drilling fluid achieved 92.1%, 94.2%, 90.7%, respectively.

Catalytic oxidation of airborne toluene by using copper oxide supported on a modified natural diatomite

The catalytic oxidation of toluene over copper oxide supported on natural diatomite was investigated. The catalyst was prepared by the wet impregnation method and characterized by using the Brunauer Emmett Teller (BET), field emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and Temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) analysis. The highest catalytic ...

Catalytic Oxidation of Carbon Monoxide by Cobalt Oxide Catalysts Supported on Oxidized-MWCNT

Cobalt oxide catalysts supported on oxidized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) for the low-temperature catalytic oxidation of carbon monoxide were prepared by an impregnation-ultrasound method. These catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption, TEM, XRD, Raman, and H2-TPR methods. The XRD and Raman results indicated that the phase of the synthesized cobalt...

Catalytic Aerobic Oxidation of Alkenes by Ag@Metal Organic Framework with High Catalytic Activity and Selectivity

By coupling of Fe2O3@SiO2 particles with metal organic Framework (MOF) the magnetic MOF structure was fabricated. Precipitation and hydrothermal methods were applied for synthesis of core and MOF. Silver nanoparticles were deposited on nickel based metal organic framework surface and magnetic Fe2O3@SiO2@MOF@Ag was obtained. Because of strong coupling between silver nanoparticles and metal organ...
